AI phone agents that answer your calls, and make them.
Call (832) 802-6341. This is the assistant that answers our own office. It handles the routine calls, books the call with us, and hands anything else to a person. The same kind of agent can answer your phone, or make the calls your team should not be making by hand.

AI phone answering
Most calls are the same handful of questions, and someone answers every one because a caller cannot tell the routine ones from the ones that matter. The agent takes the routine ones, from your own answers and your own records, and puts the rest through to a person with a note.
- Routine questions, answered from your own answers: hours, directions, where is my order, did you get my form
- Booking straight to your calendar, with your rules on who gets which slot
- Status lookups in your system: an order, a claim, a ticket, a delivery
- Message taking, with the message written into the record instead of onto a pad
- Transfer to a person by your rules: certain callers, certain topics, anything the agent is not sure about
- After-hours coverage, so the phone is answered the same way at 7 p.m. as at 10 a.m.
What it hands off: anything you tell it to. The task page has the before and after: automate routine inbound calls.
Outbound calls your team shouldn't be making by hand
The afternoon on hold with a carrier. The reminder calls before tomorrow's appointments. The third request for a signature. The agent places the call, asks the question you would ask, and writes the answer back into your system. Only the exceptions reach staff.
- Status checks with carriers, payers and vendors: the afternoon on hold, made without a person
- Appointment confirmations and reminders, with the answer written back
- Follow-up on missing documents or signatures until they arrive
- Payment reminders to existing customers, on the schedule you set
What we won't build
Cold sales calling, or anything that calls people who haven't agreed to be contacted. Outbound agents are for your existing customers, vendors, payers and carriers, about business you already have with them.
The task page has the before and after: automate status checks and follow-up calls.
How it's built
- 1
Your call types
We listen to real calls and transcripts with you and write down the handful of things people actually call about. The agent handles those. Everything else goes to a person.
- 2
Your calendar and systems
The agent books into the calendar you already use and looks things up in your system of record. Where a system offers an API or a file exchange, we use it.
- 3
Your transfer rules
Who gets a person straight away, which topics never stay with the agent, what happens when nobody picks up. Written down before the first live call.
- 4
Tuned from real transcripts
The agent takes calls with a person checking the edges first. We tune it from what callers actually said, not from a script we imagined.
This is AI, and we say so. Listening to a caller is judgment, and plain automation cannot do it. Everything around the call, the lookups, the booking, the write-back, is ordinary software, built and maintained the way the rest of our work is. Reliability comes from the rules and the handoff, not from the model.

Phone agent questions.
Will people know it's AI?
Yes, it says so. The agent introduces itself as automated at the start of the call. In our experience callers are fine with that when the call is short and the answer is right.
Can it transfer?
Yes. To a person, a queue or a voicemail, by rules you set: certain callers, certain topics, or anything the agent is not sure about. The person picks up with a note on who is calling and why.
Does it work with my phone system?
Usually. The agent sits behind a number, and most phone systems can forward to a number or route by rule. If yours is unusual we find that out in the evaluation, before anything is quoted.
What about recording?
Recording and caller disclosure are set up per client, to fit the calls you take and the rules that apply to them.
Are outbound AI calls allowed?
Outbound calls are subject to federal, state and local law, so we build outbound agents only for permitted uses and set them up to your requirements. Inbound calls are a different story: your customers are calling you.
Tell us what people call about.
A few sentences on the calls your team takes or makes is enough. We come back with what an agent could handle, what it should hand off, and a fixed quote.
