Your client asks for automation. We build it. You keep the account.
For managed IT firms, fractional CFOs and bookkeepers. You already know which of your clients is drowning in a manual task. We build the automation, under your name or with a straight referral, and the client stays yours.
- Referral or white-label
- Fixed quotes, no hourly meter
- Terms on request
How it works
- 1
Referral
You introduce us. We run the evaluation, quote the client directly and build. You stay in the loop as much as you like. Referred clients are told about the referral relationship.
- 2
White-label
You own the relationship and the invoice. We scope, build and support under your name, and your client sees your team. The code and documentation still belong to the client.
What we build that no-code can't
- Portals and legacy systems with no connector: we automate the way a person works them, through the client's own authorized login, with the portal's terms reviewed first.
- Files that arrive in a different shape every week, read and reconciled without a person opening them.
- Exception handling with a place for the judgment call, so the automation never guesses.
- Phone agents that book, look up and transfer by the client's rules, inbound and outbound.
- Custom web apps for the workflow that never fit a product, connected to the systems you already support.
The bands we quote in are published on the pricing page, so you can set expectations before you introduce us.
An Inventory you can offer your clients
The Automation Inventory is a half-day session with the people doing the work, ending in a one-page ranked list of every task worth automating, with hours and annual cost for each. Partners can offer it to a client at $500, waived. It gives you a concrete list to take back to the client, and it gives the client a budget before anyone quotes anything.
Terms
Terms on request. Ask on the call and we will send them the same day.
Referred clients are told about the referral relationship. Fixed quotes go to the client or to you, never both. Under white-label, support and the managed plan run through you.
Tell us about the client.
Who they are, roughly what they do by hand, and whether you want a referral or white-label. We come back with next steps and the terms.
