Who we are
CBIT, LLC ("CBIT", "we") runs this site, cbitpartners.com, and the phone line (832) 802-6341. Questions about this policy: hello@cbitpartners.com.
What we collect, and why
Forms. When you request an evaluation, ask about an offer, or sign up for the monthly email, we collect what you type: name, work email, company, role, and what you tell us about the task. We use it to reply to you. Evaluation requests are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email service, which also sends you a copy.
Where you came from. On your first visit we store a first-party cookie (cbit_ft, 90 days) holding the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_*, gclid, msclkid, li_fat_id), the first page you landed on and the referring site. If you later send a form, those values come with it, so we know which ad or page brought you. That cookie identifies a visit, not a person.
Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure page speed. They do not set cookies and do not track you across sites.
Advertising. We use the Google tag for Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 where it is linked to that tag. Google sets cookies to measure which ads lead to an evaluation request, a booked call or a phone click, and may use them to show you our ads on other sites (retargeting). Google's use of that data is governed by Google's privacy policy. If we add a LinkedIn Insight tag, it works the same way and this policy will say so.
The in-browser voice demo. If you start the demo, your microphone audio is streamed to xAI's realtime service for the length of the conversation so the assistant can hear and answer you. Nothing is recorded by us. Close the demo and the stream ends.
Phone calls. Calls to our number are answered by our own AI assistant, which says so at the start. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up on what you asked and improve the assistant. Say so at the start of the call if you would rather not be recorded and we will call you back in person.
Booking and tickets. Calls are booked through Calendly and seminar tickets are sold through Luma. Each has its own privacy policy for what you enter there.
Cookies we set or allow
- cbit_ft (first-party, 90 days): first-touch attribution, described above.
- cbit-cookie-notice and small preferences (first-party, in your browser's storage): remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice and keeps an unsent form draft on your own device.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies (third-party, set by Google): ad measurement and retargeting.
Your choices
Block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them. Opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Ask us to delete what you sent through a form by writing to hello@cbitpartners.com. Unsubscribe from the monthly email with the link in any issue; we only add you after you confirm from your inbox.
Client work
Data we handle while building or running an automation for a client is covered by that client's agreement with us, not by this policy. How we handle it is described on the security page.
Retention and sharing
Form submissions stay in our email until the conversation is over and for as long as we need them to keep our records. We do not sell personal information and do not share it except with the services named above, which process it for us.
Changes
This policy is effective September 21, 2026. When it changes, the date changes with it.
