We build it. We keep it running.
The managed plan is optional. Without it, everything you own keeps running, and fixes are quoted as they come up. With it, someone is watching, and when a portal changes at 2 a.m. it is fixed before your team notices.
- From $500 a month
- Month to month, 30 days' notice
- You own the code either way
Why automations need upkeep
An automation is only as stable as the things it touches. Portals get redesigned. A vendor adds a login step. A file that has arrived the same way for two years shows up with a new column. Volumes grow past what was tested. None of it is the automation's fault, and all of it stops the run.
Without a plan, the first sign is usually that the work did not get done. With one, the first sign is an alert to us, and the second is a note to you saying it is fixed.
A typical automation gives back hundreds of hours a year. The plan makes sure it still does next year.
Every plan includes
The full service is in every tier, including the first one. The tiers differ by how many automations are covered, how fast a person responds, and how many small changes a month.
- Runs on your own resources, or hosted by us if you prefer
- 24/7 monitoring and alerts

- Monthly report: runs, exceptions caught, hours returned
- Review with one new candidate task

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central. A typical automation gives back hundreds of hours a year. The plan makes sure it still does next year.
What's covered
- Monitoring and alerts, around the clock
- Fixes when something upstream changes: a portal redesign, a new login step, a file that arrives in a different shape
- Small changes each month, by tier
- Quarterly review with one new candidate task
- The runbook kept current, so anyone can see what runs, when, and what to do if it stops
A small change is
An adjustment to something already built: a new field, a changed rule, a new recipient, a different schedule. Anything that adds a system or a new step gets a fixed quote first, and we tell you which it is before we start.
What isn't covered
- New builds. A new task or a new system gets its own fixed quote.
- A full rebuild when a vendor replaces its system. Quoted separately.
- After-hours support. Response times are business hours.
- Third-party license fees: the phone line, the AI provider's usage, a paid API.
You own the code either way. The plan is a service on top of something that is already yours, not a license to keep using it.
If you ever leave
The code and the documentation are yours. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and we hand both over. If it already runs on your own resources, there's nothing to move. If we host it and you'd like it set up in your environment, we'll give you a fixed quote for the move.
Month to month. No long-term contract.
Managed plan questions.
Is the managed plan required?
No. Without it, everything you own keeps running, and fixes are quoted as they come up. The plan is for teams that would rather not find out an automation stopped by noticing the work did not get done.
What counts as a small change?
An adjustment to something already built: a new field, a changed rule, a new recipient, a different schedule. Anything that adds a system or a new step gets a fixed quote first, and we tell you which it is before we start.
What are the response times?
Business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central. Essential: next business day. Standard: same business day. Priority: within 4 business hours. Monitoring runs around the clock on every tier; the response time is when a person picks it up.
What if a portal changes and the fix is big?
Fixes when a portal, login or file format changes are unlimited on every tier. The line is drawn at a vendor replacing its whole system: that is a rebuild, and it gets a fixed quote.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, month to month. Add automations and move up; retire one and move down. 30 days' notice either way.
What happens if I cancel?
The code and the documentation are yours, and we hand both over with 30 days' notice. If it already runs on your own resources, there is nothing to move. If we host it and you would like it set up in your environment, we give you a fixed quote for the move.
Add the plan to something we built.
Or ask about it before the build starts, so the runbook and the monitoring are part of the first deliverable. Pricing for every tier is on the pricing page.
Tell us about the task your team keeps doing by hand.
Every morning, every Friday, or every time an order comes in. Small tasks and larger workflows are both welcome. The evaluation is free, and if we take it on, the first deliverable is running in your operation within 14 days, guaranteed.
Free evaluation. Fixed quote before work begins.
