What in-person looks like
The evaluation is usually a call. After that we come to you. An automation is built from what actually happens at a desk, not from a process document, so the Automation Inventory is half a day sitting with the people who do the work, and the first build starts the same way. When the first deliverable is running, we are in the room for that too.
Remote works fine for most of the build. In person is for the parts where watching beats asking: the file that arrives differently every Tuesday, the portal step nobody mentioned, the exception the newest person handles by walking over to the oldest.

Yes, across the Houston metro and Galveston County. The evaluation is usually a call; the Inventory and the first build almost always involve sitting with the people doing the work, at their desks.
Which parts of Houston do you cover?
All of it. Harris County and the surrounding metro counties: Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Waller, Liberty and Chambers, plus Galveston County. Is this AI consulting or automation?
Both, and we say which is which. Most of what we recommend to Houston back offices is ordinary software: scheduled jobs, portal checks, connections between systems. AI goes in for reading messy documents, handling phone calls and judgment-heavy triage, and it goes in maintained and predictable.
